“I did nothing: the Word did everything.”
– Martin Luther
The Legacy of Luther, Edited by R.C. Sproul and Stephen J. Nichols, Reformation Trust Publishing, 2016.
Isaiah 55
NKJV
10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,
And do not return there,
But water the earth,
And make it bring forth and bud,
That it may give seed to the sower
And bread to the eater,
11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
So must we all say this in our Spirit-led endeavors for His Kingdom and glory~
God bless you, sis, amen! \o/

God bless you too, Sherry! Jesus said,
Luke 17
7 And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’? 8 But will he not rather say to him, ‘Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink’? 9 Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I think not. 10 So likewise you, when you have done all those things which you are commanded, say, ‘We are unprofitable servants. We have done what was our duty to do.’”

I’ve had my eye on this book, Maria. Maybe our library has a copy.

Tom, we got this book through Ligonier Ministries.
I’m angry that Francis has climbed into the driver’s seat of the 500th anniversary celebration, but wasn’t this to be expected? Thank you for commenting! Lord bless you, brother!

I checked our library web site and unfortunately they do not have the book. Yes, it’s almost amusing to see how the RCC has become the biggest player in the commemoration of the 500th anniversary. Their ecumenism strategy has been very successful in duping Protestants. Thank you and Lord bless you too, sister!

Tom, sometimes libraries are open to suggestions for purchases. It would be a good one for them to have.
Thank you!
